For the year-end and the new year, bring all your good people and surround a warm Nabe hot pot at our newly-built private Hinoki room at KUSHI.
Reservations for this course menu must be called in at least 48 hours in advance. Credit card is required to make a reservation. (For the OpenTable users, please give us a follow up call to confirm your Nabe course is booked).
Our Nabe comes with tsukune (chicken meat balls), and a choice of thinly sliced beef or pork belly. The broth is konbu (kelp) base, and 2 house made special dipping sauces (ponzu and sesame sauce). At the Shime course you get to choose rice or udon noodle, and we’ll cook them up in the same broth.

Enjoy a five-course prix fixe Nabe (cooking hot pot) menu for $40 at our newly-built HINOKI room. Minimum of 4 people is required for the private room reservation. (The room fits up to 8 people).
